Senior Strategy Analyst (AI)

What you will do

• Support the annual planning cycle and quarterly business reviews.
• Build and maintain company-level target-tracking systems that connect the growth roadmap with operational execution.
• Partner with Finance on company reporting, strategic updates, and performance metrics.
• Support AI-assisted workflows for data gathering, reporting, and planning.
• Conduct competitor tracking, customer research, and qualitative and quantitative analysis for strategic initiatives and business cases.
• Build and interrogate metrics and reporting frameworks to inform decision-making.

Requirements

• Experience in a highly analytical, fast-paced environment, preferably in top-tier strategy consulting or business operations at a high-growth technology company.
• Structured problem-solving skills and experience managing processes with multiple stakeholders.
• Advanced modeling skills and high proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare executive-level slides, briefs, and presentations.
• Strong organisation, ownership, attention to detail, and comfort working with ambiguity across multiple workstreams.
