Global Product Senior Manager - Risk-InfoEx (AI)

What you will do

• Set the global vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Information Excellence platform.
• Translate consulting-team needs and business priorities into product outcomes and investment priorities.
• Partner with Risk, Legal, Information Security Risk Management, and technology teams to establish governance, security, and compliance controls.
• Guide the secure adoption of GenAI capabilities in case-team workflows and information-management practices.
• Lead product delivery across a matrixed product, engineering, and technical team while managing dependencies and removing delivery barriers.
• Manage and develop a Product Analyst.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of product ownership or product management experience in a large enterprise environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; a relevant master’s degree is preferred.
• Deep Agile expertise, ideally supported by relevant product or Agile certifications.
• Experience translating complex organizational needs into product vision, strategy, and roadmaps.
• Strong stakeholder-management skills across diverse users, senior leaders, and cross-functional technology partners.
• Experience with SharePoint, Teams, Slack, and Exchange, including security, compliance, sensitivity labeling, and retention considerations.
