Global Product Senior Specialist

What you will do

• Own prioritized product initiatives for the Vantage Console and Vantage Dashboard Squad from discovery through delivery.
• Partner with engineers to define requirements, manage backlogs, and support sprint execution.
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation.
• Align stakeholders on priorities, communicate progress, and manage delivery expectations.
• Identify delivery risks, dependencies, and process gaps while tracking milestones and product outcomes.
• Maintain Confluence documentation and support user enablement through training and adoption materials.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or digital product delivery.
• Experience balancing product strategy, roadmap planning, and hands-on delivery execution.
• Ability to lead agile ceremonies and coordinate delivery across engineering teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience translating business needs into product requirements and user stories.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and reporting or visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
