What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, multi-year roadmap, backlog, OKRs, and success metrics for the Employee Experience Platform.
• Build Tech@BCG’s digital front door for tools, resources, services, and support, with a plan to scale the platform across HR, Enterprise Services, and other functions.
• Map employee journeys end to end and connect experience requirements with the underlying services, workflows, and operational processes.
• Lead governance forums, resolve complex product decisions, and manage build-versus-buy and vendor evaluations.
• Design a headless platform strategy supporting web, mobile, chat, and AI-driven channels, including secure content and data governance.
• Lead and coach a network of product owners and managers while partnering with senior executives, engineering, internal functions, and external vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of product management experience, including multi-year strategy and roadmap ownership for an enterprise-scale employee-facing platform.
• Experience with enterprise service delivery or self-service platforms such as ServiceNow, Workday, or similar.
• Experience with employee journey mapping, service design, build-versus-buy decisions, vendor evaluations, and platform expansion across functions.
• Experience partnering with C-suite and executive stakeholders and defining adoption, satisfaction, and time-to-resolution metrics.
• Must-have: proficiency in headless platform strategy, multi-channel delivery, and data governance for AI-driven interfaces.

Nice to have

• Certified Scrum Product Owner certification.
• Experience in professional services.
