Senior AI Tech Architect (Salesforce/CRM)

What you will do

• Develop CRM strategies aligned with enterprise goals across marketing, sales, service, and customer experience.
• Evaluate and integrate CRM and commerce platforms including Salesforce, Microsoft, Oracle, and related solutions.
• Design architectures connecting CRM and commerce platforms with ERP systems, data lakes, analytics tools, cloud infrastructure, and external systems.
• Lead large-scale digital transformation projects, including technology roadmaps, build-versus-buy decisions, and CI/CD alignment.
• Advise, coach, and collaborate with client technology teams and C-level stakeholders.
• Support technical implementations on site and develop digital and technology architecture concepts.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of IT architecture experience with a strong focus on CRM solutions, preferably in consulting.
• Experience with Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or Oracle across sales, service, and marketing.
• Proven experience delivering CRM integrations with data lakes, ERP systems, analytics platforms, messaging systems, and external systems.
• Experience with commerce platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud or Adobe Commerce and integration platforms such as MuleSoft or Dell Boomi.
• Knowledge of legacy integration remediation, modern architecture patterns, CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native development, API-led integrations, and synchronous and asynchronous integration patterns.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills; university degree in a mathematical-scientific field, information technology, or business administration.

Nice to have

• Consulting experience with clients in consumer goods, industrial goods, or retail.
• Experience with end-to-end processes such as Lead-to-Quote, Quote-to-Cash, Service Management, and Marketing.
