Location: Based at Audi Motorsport Technology Centre in Bicester, United Kingdom
Company
is Audi's official factory Formula 1 team, developing power units in Germany, engineering chassis and managing race operations in Switzerland, and operating an additional technology centre in the United Kingdom.
What you will do
- Co-design solution architectures supporting engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, corporate functions, and race operations.
- Connect SAP, PLM, data platforms, cloud applications, and other enterprise systems through a digital thread.
- Design scalable, secure, cloud-native technology capabilities for innovation and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, engineers, and technology partners to solve business challenges.
- Support transformation initiatives involving SAP S/4HANA, cloud platforms, AI-enabled solutions, digital engineering, and data-driven decision-making.
- Contribute to architecture governance, design reviews, and the evolution of application, data, integration, cloud, and AI architecture.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering, solution design, cloud engineering, integration, enterprise applications, or related technology roles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to collaborate across business and technology teams and drive decisions to closure.
- Fluent English.
- Strong ownership mindset, emotional intelligence, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to balance business needs with pragmatic technology solutions in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
