Production Supervisor, Mold (Manufacturing)

Location: Columbia, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite at the plant

Salary: $80,000–$95,000 per year

What you will do

• Supervise union production personnel and manage safety, production, quality, and schedule performance for the Foundry Molding area.
• Prepare and monitor daily and weekly shift plans, including staffing, production targets, and equipment uptime.
• Escalate significant quality and productivity issues and support immediate corrective action.
• Maintain staffing and training plans for key operational areas.
• Participate in quality and safety reviews and audits supporting ISO-9001:2015 procedures.
• Work with Human Resources and the Foundry Manager to apply the union contract fairly and minimize production disruptions.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree in a technical discipline is preferred.
• At least 2 years of heavy industrial production experience in a high-volume setting.
• Union-environment experience is preferred.
• Strong work ethic, team-building, and people-management skills.
• Professional computer literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to obtain a tow motor license and complete LOTO and confined-space training.
