Senior Analyst - BCG Vantage, Health Care - Payer and Provider (NHS)

What you will do

• Serve as a subject matter expert on strategic questions involving the UK National Health Service, national bodies, Integrated Care Boards, and frontline NHS Trusts.
• Analyze, benchmark, and evaluate the financial and operational performance of healthcare organizations.
• Support client engagements, proposals, NHS tender bids, market opportunity validation, and implementation concept development.
• Monitor UK healthcare regulation and policy changes and assess their implications.
• Build reusable strategic diagnostic tools, models, and AI-enabled solutions for consulting engagements.
• Provide UK payer and provider expertise to international consulting teams and clients.

Requirements

• 2+ years of strategy consulting experience in the NHS environment, or 3+ years in a strategic role at an NHS national body, Integrated Care Board, or frontline Trust.
• Experience working in a consulting environment, including creating slides and executive messaging from detailed analytical work.
• Bachelor's degree in a health or science subject, business administration, or health economics; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Strong business acumen, problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent English.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in virtual and group settings and navigate complex, fast-paced environments.
