Senior Analyst – BCG Vantage, Procurement / Operations

What you will do

• Provide knowledge assets, analysis, and expert advisory support to case teams and live client projects.
• Drive problem solving and develop pragmatic procurement solutions tailored to client business contexts.
• Develop and commercialize procurement knowledge, intellectual property, and reusable assets.
• Manage and maintain high-quality content on internal BCG websites.
• Support business development, go-to-market initiatives, and marketing research for the procurement topic.
• Collaborate with global colleagues and senior stakeholders across a matrix organization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of consulting experience in operations or procurement, or at least 2 years of procurement experience in lieu of consulting experience.
• 2+ years of industry or specific sector experience; 3–5+ years of procurement experience is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of procurement strategy, value delivery, operating models, digital transformation, and Gen AI.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree from a reputable university with demonstrated academic achievement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in English required; additional languages are advantageous.

Nice to have

• Additional programming skills, particularly Python.
• Consulting experience in operations or procurement.
• Spanish, German, or French language skills.
