Change Consultant

Location: Hybrid; at least three days per week in the local office or onsite with clients.

What you will do

• Support change management strategies for regional and global projects.
• Identify change-related risks and contribute to mitigation plans.
• Prepare stakeholder analyses, communication plans, engagement plans, involvement plans, and training plans.
• Analyze impacts, readiness gaps, and process improvement opportunities.
• Integrate change management activities into project plans with project teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Approximately 4+ years of professional experience in change management or a similar role in a multicultural environment.
• Experience supporting change initiatives across complex programs or projects.
• Understanding of formal change management methodologies such as ADKAR or ACMP.
• Very good command of English required.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Experience in the insurance industry.
