Experienced Senior Associate, Management Consulting

Location: New York, NY; Stamford, CT; Woodbridge, NJ; Boston, MA; or Melville, NY, United States. Domestic travel required as needed (25–50%).

Salary: $75,000–$120,000 annually, with ranges varying by geography.

What you will do

• Support consulting engagements across communication, culture, change management, strategy, back-office transformation, and mergers and acquisitions.
• Assess client communication, training, and culture-change needs and support implementation planning.
• Conduct client interviews and data analysis to identify improvement strategies.
• Prepare reports, presentations, graphics, notes, and other high-quality client deliverables.
• Coordinate project documentation, metrics, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects.
• Collaborate with engagement teams and client stakeholders to execute communication, training, and change-management activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Management, Business, Finance, or Psychology preferred.
• At least three years of experience in management or business strategy consulting, project management, organizational change management, business analysis, or business process improvement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal, written, verbal communication, active listening, research, presentation, and client relationship skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently or collaboratively, meet deadlines, and address roadblocks.
• Ability to work from the listed United States locations and travel domestically 25–50% as needed.

Nice to have

• Experience with M&A integration, business transformation, finance transformation, technology implementation or optimization, or large-scale organizational change.
• Knowledge of Plan-Do-Check-Act, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Prosci, CCMP, or another change-management certification.
• Experience with Smartsheet and management consulting.
