Project Leader - Consulting

What you will do

• Lead consulting teams in solving complex strategic and operational challenges across sectors such as mining, financial services, government, industrial goods, energy, and automotive.
• Structure complex problems, develop strategic recommendations, and translate analytical insights into actionable plans.
• Manage project execution, ensuring high-quality delivery, effective collaboration, and timely outcomes.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and facilitate decision-making.
• Coach and develop junior consultants while contributing to knowledge development and thought leadership.
• Support business development through proposal preparation and client engagement.

Requirements

• 7–12 years of relevant experience in top-tier consulting or a related industry with demonstrated consulting experience.
• Deep expertise in one or more sectors, such as mining, industrial goods, automotive, energy, government, banking, financial services, or digital transformation.
• Demonstrated project management and leadership experience with the ability to prioritize multiple demands.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, relationship-building, and client management skills.
