Quality Control Technician - Inspector - 1st Shift (Manufacturing)

Location: Pinetops, North Carolina, United States. On-site work in a manufacturing plant during the 1st shift. Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.

What you will do

• Support quality management activities within the local organizational unit.
• Conduct routine audits and help maintain compliance with quality processes, standards, and specifications.
• Use measurement systems and hand tools to verify materials, products, systems, and processes.
• Report quality issues, customer cases, metrics, and KPIs accurately and on time.
• Train operational teams on quality tools and methodologies and support process improvements.
• Lead small work teams in documenting processes and implementing quality controls.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Knowledge of measurement and hand tools, including tape measures, calipers, and grinders.
• Ability to safely use ladders and to lift, push, or pull up to 40 pounds.
• Understanding of health, safety, and environmental terms, risks, and reporting practices.
