Quality Inspector (Electrical Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Perform repetitive, routine, in-process, and final inspections of materials, parts, units, equipment, and finished products.
• Verify dimensional accuracy, workmanship, electrical phasing, and compliance with customer and quality standards.
• Reject non-conforming materials according to written procedures and perform audits to maintain established quality standards.
• Complete electrical test reports and maintain accurate inspection and testing documentation.
• Install, maintain, and repair equipment as necessary; stage tools, equipment, and parts.
• Direct subcontractors and submit required reports, records, and paperwork on time.

Requirements

• Basic skills in analytical or scientific methods or operational processes.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures, scientific methods, and quality guidelines under close supervision.
• Ability to complete assignments accurately, productively, and on schedule.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
• Reliable attendance and prompt communication of schedule changes.
