Quality Technician (Manufacturing)

Location: Dayton, Minnesota, United States; onsite at the distribution center

Salary: $20.40–$37.80 per hour

What you will do

• Perform inbound and outbound product inspections and freight audits.
• Monitor quality performance across receiving, warehousing, and shipping processes.
• Collect and enter quality data and support routine KPI reporting.
• Assist with containment activities and corrective actions.
• Work with Distribution and Logistics teams to prevent quality issues and support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of experience in quality, warehousing, distribution, or manufacturing.
• Strong attention to detail, basic math, and measurement skills.
• Ability to use computer programs for entering and reviewing data.
• Ability to obtain a stand-up forklift license within two weeks of starting.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods while following quality and safety procedures.

Nice to have

• Experience with quality measurement tools.
• Previous forklift experience.
