Quality Manager (Advanced Electronics)

What you will do

• Manage the Quality Assurance team at the Circleville plant, including performance evaluations, goal setting, process improvements, KPIs, and plant quality objectives.
• Maintain and improve the ISO 9001 quality management system and schedule internal audits.
• Prepare monthly quality performance reports and coordinate quality methods, procedures, and improvement initiatives.
• Evaluate product conformance, yields, process controls, and defects using statistical process control methodologies.
• Control internal and external nonconformances, oversee material review processes, and implement and verify corrective actions.
• Partner with engineering and manufacturing on process variables, inspection tooling, documentation, metrology studies, customer complaints, and defect reduction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science/Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• At least 7 years of related experience in quality and/or manufacturing.
• At least 2 years of experience managing direct reports.
• Experience with statistical software such as Minitab or JMP.
• Understanding of DOE, control charts, MSA, Gage R&R, and ANOVA.
• Strong troubleshooting and leadership skills, with experience using MS Office and ERP systems.
