Senior Associate, Digital Strategy

What you will do

• Help CEOs and senior client teams address strategic digital and technology challenges.
• Analyze how AI, data, analytics, agile, and digital services can transform business models and customer experiences.
• Work with case team members and clients to structure problems and drive analysis.
• Own project modules end to end, including defining problems, creating hypotheses, collecting and analyzing data, and presenting findings.
• Collaborate across BCG practice areas to deliver digital transformation and technology strategies.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in technology or digital consulting, a corporate technology or digital role, a tech start-up leadership role, or a consulting-like industry.
• Experience with technology or digital initiatives.
• Outstanding academic track record from a leading university.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong generalist consulting skills and a demonstrated interest in digital and technology.
