Senior Consultant, Value, Access, and Pricing (Life Sciences)

Location: Massachusetts - 3rd Avenue, United States

Base salary: $118,000–$177,000 per year, plus an annual discretionary performance bonus.

What you will do

• Lead qualitative and quantitative analysis of primary and secondary data across US payer and stakeholder types.
• Develop value, market access, pricing, and evidence strategy insights and recommendations for biopharmaceutical and pharmaceutical clients.
• Coordinate junior staff and collaborate with project managers and senior leadership.
• Create and present research materials, interim deliverables, and final client reports.
• Provide thought leadership through client engagements, conferences, and internal initiatives.
• Mentor junior employees and support proposal writing and business development activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic achievement; health sciences, economics, or HEOR preferred.
• 3–4 years of experience as a high-performing consultant at a top-tier biopharmaceutical or pharmaceutical strategy consulting firm.
• Deep knowledge of the US healthcare system, payer and provider types, pricing dynamics, and access nuances.
• Working knowledge of consulting methodologies, research tools, systematic review methods, clinical research design, and applicable clinical-trial standards and regulations.
• Strong analytical, numerical, organizational, time-management, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Strong written and spoken English; proficiency with PubMed, Medline, Google Scholar, research platforms, and Microsoft Office.
