Production Supervisor (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead daily production operations and assign work to production employees.
• Champion site safety programs, HSE standards, OSHA compliance, audits, inspections, risk assessments, and employee training.
• Coordinate production schedules, customer demand, quality expectations, and operational targets.
• Manage manufacturing system activities, including Siemens recipe management, process documentation, batch analysis, SAP transactions, and standardized work practices.
• Support ISO and GMS compliance, investigations, corrective actions, and continuous quality improvement.
• Drive Lean, 5S, root-cause analysis, product transfer, maintenance, and other cross-functional improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with production planning and manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
• Understanding of OSHA and workplace safety requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, mechanical aptitude, and ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
