Senior Analyst - BCG Vantage, Transform (Generative AI)

What you will do

• Support large-scale transformation, restructuring, and turnaround cases by conducting targeted research, analytics, and problem solving.
• Contribute analysis and insights to client cases, proposals, workshops, and commercialization materials.
• Analyze business performance using P&L and balance sheet KPIs, Excel, and financial modeling.
• Use data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau and Alteryx to generate client insights.
• Develop proprietary intellectual property, tools, frameworks, and data assets for the Transform Practice Area.
• Support onboarding and training for junior colleagues and collaborate with case teams, client stakeholders, and global topic leads.

Requirements

• 4+ years of consulting experience in transformation, restructuring, turnaround, or change management; alternatively, 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Master’s degree preferred; a bachelor’s degree is acceptable with the required professional experience.
• Fluency in English required.
• Strong business acumen, problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with generative AI ecosystems, large language models, agentic workflows, and enterprise AI applications.
• Ability to prototype analytical and AI-driven solutions using modern tools and iterative experimental approaches.

Nice to have

• Experience using Python, SQL, and modern analytics or AI tooling.
• Experience applying generative AI techniques such as LLM workflows, agentic systems, and retrieval-based solutions.
