Senior AI Factory Product Builder (AI)

Location: London; must live within a reasonable commuting distance of the home office and attend the office as directed.

What you will do

• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered products, agents, tools, and services for consulting offers and delivery processes.
• Translate business and delivery needs into scalable, production-ready solutions usable by non-technical consulting teams.
• Analyze consulting workflows and identify opportunities for automation, augmentation, and redesign.
• Iterate on solutions using feedback, usage data, and evolving business needs.
• Partner with product, platform, engineering, consultant, and offering teams on architecture, prioritization, and roadmaps.
• Document reusable patterns and contribute to capability building across the AI Factory and BCG.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience building and deploying solutions that improve operational or delivery outcomes.
• Hands-on experience with Claude and Markdown-based development; Claude Code is required.
• Experience working end-to-end from problem definition through build, deployment, and iteration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, execution, and delivery skills.
• Fluent English, both verbal and written, is required.
• Undergraduate degree required; advanced degree preferred.
