What you will do

• Build and deploy innovative AI solutions for clients across industries and hirify.global regions.
• Apply software development practices to create robust and maintainable software.
• Contribute throughout the software development life cycle, from solution design to deployment.
• Optimize algorithms and software designs for computational efficiency and scalability.
• Guide non-technical teams and consultants on robust software development practices.
• Develop thought leadership, contribute to scientific papers, and lead conferences on behalf of hirify.global X.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master's or PhD program in Computer Science, Statistics, Operations Research, or a related field.
• Strong interest in software development, large-scale data analytics, and AI-led organizational transformation.
• Programming experience with Python.
• Ability to collaborate with technical teams, consultants, and clients in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity across industries and topics.
