Global Learning Architect - AI Upskilling

What you will do

• Own the firmwide architecture for developing digital and AI capabilities across BCG.
• Translate global priorities into a coherent, scalable upskilling ecosystem with measurable business outcomes.
• Design adaptive learning experiences, AI-powered learning in the flow of work, and AI certification initiatives.
• Make architectural decisions about internal development, external sourcing, piloting, and scaling.
• Track adoption, analyze learner data and stakeholder feedback, and improve the learning architecture continuously.
• Collaborate with Digital, AI, Practice Area, Staffing, People, and HR teams across regions.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in learning design, capability building, or transformation environments.
• Experience delivering learning or upskilling initiatives at scale in complex, global organizations.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI tools and AI-powered learning platforms.
• Strong program and project management skills across multiple workstreams in a matrixed environment.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving adoption without positional authority.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for technical, business, and executive audiences.

• Consulting experience in complex client environments.
• Advanced degree in learning, organizational development, business, or a related field.
