Supply Engineer

What you will do

• Manage packaging, plating, and powder commodities through supplier selection, commercial negotiation, contracting, and sourcing strategy execution.
• Maintain a competitive supplier portfolio across delivery, quality, cost, and contractual terms.
• Drive year-over-year cost reductions, lean supply chain initiatives, supplier risk management, and alternative supplier planning.
• Participate in value engineering workshops and cross-functional cost-control activities.
• Track supplier performance and coordinate business reviews and continuous improvement actions.
• Support RFQ and e-sourcing processes, project transfers, and localization projects within budget.

Requirements

• Experience in supply engineering, procurement, sourcing, or supplier management.
• Ability to manage supplier selection, negotiations, contracts, and strategic sourcing activities.
• Knowledge of supplier performance management, cost reduction, quality, delivery, and supply risk controls.
• Ability to collaborate with global category managers and cross-functional teams.
• Experience supporting RFQ, e-sourcing, project transfer, or localization activities is required for the role scope.
