Procurement Specialist (MWM Solutions)

Location: Beijing, China; onsite in the office five days a week

hirify.global manufactures construction and mining equipment, engines, industrial gas turbines, locomotives, and integrated power solutions through its MWM business.

What you will do

• Manage an international supplier base and end-to-end procurement for integrated MWM power solutions projects.
• Support procurement during proposal and execution phases, translating project requirements into back-to-back contract flows.
• Manage expediting plans, inspections, tests, and vendor documentation.
• Control equipment and services delivery timelines through customer handover.
• Manage procurement risks related to schedule, quality, and claims.
• Support procurement for the MWM Solutions Center and global service organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, business administration, supply chain management, logistics, engineering, or a comparable field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in project procurement and interest in international, cross-functional projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with stakeholders, suppliers, and customers.
• High self-motivation and strong organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Fluency in English and availability to work onsite in the Beijing office five days a week.
