Material Handler - 1st Shift

What you will do

• Move, deliver, stack, store, and organize materials and components for production lines.
• Use SAP and Kanban processes to support material flow and point-of-use replenishment.
• Operate material handling equipment while following traffic, loading, battery-charging, and maintenance safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and transport materials, supplies, and scrap according to documentation and work instructions.
• Attend regularly and remain available for overtime when required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of industrial or military experience, or vocational/technical education.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Valid U.S. work authorization is required.
• English proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing is essential for workplace safety.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening; organized, adaptable, detail-oriented, and willing to cross-train.

Nice to have

• Motor manufacturing experience.
• Prior leadership experience and the ability to set high performance standards.
