Warehouse/Material Handler - 1st Shift

Location: Delavan, Wisconsin, United States; on-site, 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 5:30 a.m.–2:00 p.m.

Hourly pay: $21.00 per hour, with an opportunity for a rate increase after skills proficiency and training.

What you will do

• Load and unload trucks using forklifts, hand trucks, and other material-handling equipment.
• Receive, inspect, store, and distribute raw materials, components, and finished goods.
• Pick, stage, palletize, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Complete shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse transactions in SAP and other inventory systems.
• Deliver materials to production areas and support manufacturing operations.
• Maintain inventory documentation, follow Bills of Materials and work instructions, and keep the work area safe and organized.

Requirements

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision.
• Teamwork, organization, attention to detail, and basic computer and math skills.
• Experience operating forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, scanners, and other warehouse equipment; forklift certification is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand and walk for extended periods while wearing required PPE.
• Commitment to safety procedures and maintaining a clean, organized work area.
