Material Coordinator/Handler III (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Billerica, Massachusetts, United States; onsite, second shift

Salary: $20.00–$27.50 per hour

What you will do

• Prioritize daily stores activities, receive parts, update inventory records, and maintain shortage reports.
• Investigate customer inquiries, cycle-count discrepancies, non-conformances, and inventory issues.
• Prepare and regulate materials for cleanroom delivery and replenish manufacturing line-side bins.
• Review material requirements planning, work orders, project status, and work in progress; expedite supplier deliveries.
• Process excess and obsolete materials through rework, transfer, or scrap activities.
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, vans, trucks, and overhead cranes as assigned while following safety procedures.

Requirements

• Proficiency in a range of materials-handling processes and procedures.
• Basic understanding of how the team integrates with other functions.
• Ability to work physically demanding shifts involving extended standing, walking, bending, kneeling, lifting, climbing, and working in tight spaces.
• Ability to operate heavy machinery, including forklifts, and use hand and power tools.
• Ability to distinguish colors and work in environments with significant noise.
• Ability to use required cleanroom personal protective equipment, including coveralls, hoods, gloves, respirators, and face shields.
