Experience Design Analyst (Design Engineering)

Location: Addison, Texas, United States; hybrid office attendance with a minimum of three days per week. Candidates must have U.S. work authorization, be willing to relocate to a hirify.global office location, and travel based on project assignments.

Salary: $80,000–$85,000 per year

What you will do

• Collaborate with designers, researchers, strategists, and engineers to build digital experiences.
• Contribute across project lifecycles from discovery and ideation through implementation and delivery.
• Build responsive, scalable, and accessible web applications using modern front-end frameworks and tools.
• Create reusable component libraries and design system elements.
• Participate in stakeholder interviews, workshops, user experience testing, and iterative product improvement.
• Present recommendations and solutions to project teams and client stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Development, Human-Computer Interaction, Informatics, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Strong foundation in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with experience using modern front-end development frameworks and tools.
• Understanding of technical requirements and user needs, with strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated academic achievement and leadership experience through projects, internships, organizations, athletics, work, or community involvement.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Willingness to relocate to a hirify.global office location and travel according to project assignments.
