Global Strategic Projects Senior Manager - Expert Consulting Track

What you will do

• Manage the operating rhythm of the global Expertise Consulting Track function, including governance, accountability processes, and leadership reporting.
• Support operational programs covering expertise development, annual people surveys, staffing, sponsorship, recruiting, and billability practices.
• Partner with regional directors and functional stakeholders to maintain consistency, resolve operational issues, and support the global-regional model.
• Lead change management and operational improvement initiatives from diagnosis through implementation.
• Prepare analyses and recommendations on operating model refinements and the evolution of the track's employee and commercial value proposition.
• Translate complex stakeholder interests into clear, actionable outputs.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in strategy, management consulting, operations, or a comparable role.
• Experience balancing ongoing operational ownership with cross-functional strategic projects.
• Strong project management, business judgment, stakeholder management, and hands-on analytical skills.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong knowledge of Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Ability to collaborate across cultures, functions, and levels of seniority.

• Experience with operating model change or AI-enabled transformation.
