What you will do

• Drive revenue growth by translating Hotel Growth Initiative opportunities into commercial outcomes and delivering initiatives end to end.
• Define success metrics, monitor performance, and provide data-driven insights to business leaders.
• Lead commercial steering committees, communicate progress, and escalate issues requiring resolution.
• Build program structures for complex global and cross-functional initiatives using PMI planning, controls, and stakeholder management practices.
• Connect commercial, product, project, and cross-functional teams to align priorities and deliver initiative goals.
• Identify and mitigate risks while evaluating business and financial impacts on organizational performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, economics, strategy, sales, account management, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 3 years of product or program management experience across multiple teams and time zones.
• Ability to translate between commercial and product perspectives and work effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Experience working with Product teams using agile frameworks.
• Strong communication, storytelling, persuasion, business process analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Smartsheet, and MS Office for planning, reporting, analysis, and presentations.

Nice to have

• Professional qualification such as CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, PMI, APM, or PRINCE2.
