Senior Benefits Manager, EMEA

Location: Cork, Ireland or Windsor, United Kingdom; hybrid working with some in-office and/or in-person expectations.

What you will do

• Lead EMEA benefits strategy, governance, and execution across 24 countries.
• Manage and develop a team of benefits subject-matter experts.
• Own annual benefits renewals, financial planning, forecasting, vendor governance, broker relationships, procurement, contracting, and implementation.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, Legal, Procurement, regional leaders, and senior business stakeholders.
• Use market insights, benchmarking, employee needs, and cost analysis to recommend benefit, pension, leave, and wellbeing enhancements.
• Lead process improvement, automation, data governance, country launches, workforce expansions, M&A or divestiture initiatives, and regional benefits communications.

Requirements

• 5+ years of benefits strategy, administration, and communications experience across multiple European countries.
• 3+ years of people management experience, preferably in a global or matrixed environment.
• Strong EMEA benefits expertise covering plan design, provider management, renewals, benchmarking, compliance, and market practice.
• Experience scaling benefits programs and partnering with senior stakeholders on complex regional initiatives.
• Strong analytical and financial skills, including advanced Excel and cost analysis.
• Project management experience delivering ambiguous, multi-country projects on time and on budget.
