Pay Equity & Transparency Senior Analyst

What you will do

• Support the design, project management, and implementation of EU pay transparency initiatives across multiple markets.
• Deliver pay equity and pay transparency analytics, models, tools, and reporting outputs for governance and compensation decisions.
• Prepare pay equity reports and regulatory submissions across the UK and Europe.
• Own and optimize pay transparency processes and tools, including right-to-information files.
• Build and improve data models, reporting tools, and analytical outputs to strengthen data quality and reporting readiness.
• Partner with Compensation, P&P, Technology, Legal and Compliance, Payroll, and external advisors to deliver practical solutions.

Requirements

• Strong data analytics skills and close attention to data quality, accuracy, and execution.
• Ability to build tools, models, and reporting outputs that support delivery and decision-making.
• Experience managing responsibilities and deliverables independently in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
• Strong problem-solving, project management, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with people data structures, governance, and data management in an HR environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with Workday and experience in compensation, pay equity, or pay transparency are beneficial.
