Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Manager (ISO 14001/45001)

Location: Onsite at HPE sites in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin and Bloomington, Minnesota, United States

Salary: USD 92,600–213,500 annual base salary in Wisconsin; variable incentives may also be offered.

What you will do

• Develop, facilitate, and implement EHS programs to reduce risks, ensure regulatory compliance, and prevent liabilities.
• Track and implement requirements from OSHA, EPA, and other country, state, provincial, and local authorities.
• Lead EHS audits, compliance reporting, training needs assessments, injury prevention, industrial hygiene, ergonomics, occupational health, and environmental initiatives.
• Manage emergency preparedness, chemical management, hearing conservation, workers’ compensation cases, and business resilience activities.
• Manage EHS costs, financial analysis, forecasting, budgets, and program impacts.
• Support ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications through internal and external audits and maintenance of documentation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in an EHS field focused on environmental, occupational health, or safety.
• Strong knowledge of legislation and EHS regulations across multiple states.
• Experience conducting EHS compliance audits and managing emergency response teams.
• Strong communication, influencing, supplier management, project management, and analytical skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple large projects or programs and maintain productive stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to work onsite at HPE locations in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin and Bloomington, Minnesota.

Nice to have

• ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 auditor certification.
• First-level university degree in a related science field; an advanced degree is strongly preferred.
• Experience addressing ergonomic risks in a manufacturing environment.
