Sr. Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Administrator (Manufacturing)

Location: On-site in Yankton, South Dakota, United States. Applicants must qualify as U.S. Persons under ITAR/EAR regulations.

What you will do

• Investigate and report incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective changes.
• Maintain EHS procedures, processes, records, performance indicators, and regulatory compliance programs.
• Support implementation and maintenance of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
• Lead workplace ergonomics, safety initiatives, safety committee activities, and monthly safety meetings.
• Manage the hazardous waste program, including compliance, reporting, and emergency response.
• Facilitate EHS training and act as a site first responder.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience.
• 3–5 years of EHS experience preferred.
• Computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present to groups.
• Annual HAZWOP and forklift training.
• Ability to wear a respirator, move throughout the plant, climb a ladder when required, and use required safety equipment.
