Marketing Manager – Professional Services

Location: Oxfordshire, UK, with 1 day in the office

Salary: £65,000–£72,000 per year plus bonus and benefits

What you will do

• Design and deliver insight-led, multichannel marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Develop communications for complex propositions and major client programmes.
• Build relationships with senior business leaders, clients, and influential sector partners.
• Shape industry partnerships and create opportunities supporting commercial objectives.
• Lead industry events, conferences, and bespoke C-suite engagements.

Requirements

• Significant marketing management experience in B2B professional services, consultancy, or a similarly complex environment.
• Experience working across online and offline marketing channels.
• Confidence influencing senior stakeholders, challenging constructively, and building trusted relationships.
• Ability to work from Oxfordshire with 1 day in the office.
