Marketing Lead (Maternity Cover) (Healthcare)

Location: Fully remote, UK-based, with occasional travel for events and business needs.

Salary: £50,000 per year.

What you will do

• Own multi-channel content strategy across hirify.global and Melios for B2B and direct-to-consumer audiences.
• Lead conferences, awards, and webinars from planning through delivery, follow-up, and measurement.
• Drive inbound and outbound marketing across social media, print, merchandise, and sales collateral.
• Build brand reputation through PR, customer voice, feedback, Trustpilot, thought leadership, and sponsorship partnerships.
• Manage budgets, ROI measurement, agencies, suppliers, and production quality.
• Collaborate with Brand, Digital Marketing, sales, clinical, technology, and operations teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of multi-channel marketing experience across strategy and execution.
• Experience building and delivering content and events strategies for B2B and direct-to-consumer audiences.
• Experience developing marketing plans, prioritising channels, and using customer insight or Voice of Customer data.
• CRM and marketing campaign data experience.
• Experience managing agencies and demonstrating financial return on marketing spend.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across senior, clinical, and commercial teams.
