What you will do

• Lead one to two simultaneous mid-size consulting engagements focused on operational transformation, cost reduction, process improvement, automation, medical cost and value improvement, and customer and provider experience.
• Plan, organize, and manage all phases of project delivery, including governance, schedules, milestones, success criteria, and team norms.
• Analyze project goals, conduct discovery meetings, gather requirements, and develop practical solutions and engagement deliverables.
• Guide consultants, client stakeholders, subject-matter experts, and third parties toward successful outcomes.
• Apply quantitative analysis, financial modeling, hypothesis-based analysis, and strategic frameworks to develop actionable insights.
• Coach project team members and support performance management and individual development activities.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in strategy, operations, mergers and acquisitions, human capital consulting, or a similar consulting-oriented corporate or private equity role.
• At least 3 years of experience managing or leading teams and projects of varying size and complexity.
• At least 3 years of experience working in complex, matrixed environments or across multiple businesses.
• Bachelor’s degree in business management, engineering, operations, information technology, or a closely related field.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, business, and financial skills, with excellent communication, storytelling, facilitation, and influencing abilities.
• Ability to leverage AI/ML, GenAI, and Agentic AI to transform business processes.

Nice to have

• At least 3 years of aggregate project experience in the healthcare industry, including payer or provider environments.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field such as an MBA, MS in Analytics, or MHA.
• Lean Six Sigma or Human Centered Design certification.
