What you will do
- Lead complex digital and AI transformation projects end to end, defining approaches, workstreams, resources, and delivery quality.
- Advise senior client stakeholders on technology and AI strategies, roadmaps, operating models, investment priorities, and implementation plans.
- Shape AI and GenAI portfolios and the foundations needed to scale them, including data, platforms, architectures, governance, and responsible AI.
- Steer delivery across business, technology, data, and AI teams, managing dependencies, risks, escalations, and critical decisions.
- Lead and coach multidisciplinary teams of consultants, architects, and specialists.
- Build client relationships, win new consulting projects, and contribute to recruiting, knowledge development, and practice growth.
Requirements
- At least six years of substantial experience in IT consulting or digital transformation, including end-to-end leadership of complex strategy and implementation projects.
- Degree in computer science, informatics, engineering, technology-focused business, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams, managing multiple workstreams, and owning delivery quality, team performance, and client outcomes.
- Experience advising senior executives, presenting recommendations to senior client management, and resolving complex risks and escalations.
- Practical experience with AI and GenAI transformations, including use-case prioritization, scalable foundations, agentic AI, and responsible AI.
- Excellent English communication skills and willingness to travel are required.
