Machine Operator - Molding

Location: Ormond Beach, Florida, United States of America; full-time, regular onsite position.

What you will do

• Operate and tend compression, injection molding, casting, and related production equipment.
• Set machine controls, load raw materials, adjust heating and curing controls, and maintain consistent output.
• Inspect molded parts for defects, measure and cut products, trim flashing, and complete finishing work.
• Assemble inserts and fittings, clean and lubricate molds, remove finished products, and reload molds.
• Maintain production records and quality assurance data, report defects, and participate in quality improvement activities.
• Follow safety requirements and complete required Safety, OSHA, and ISO 9001 training; work overtime as scheduled when required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude.
• Basic understanding of computer-based machine controls and manufacturing quality practices.
• Ability to use simple measuring devices and perform basic mathematical operations with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
• Basic English communication skills for speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
• Ability to follow detailed written or oral instructions, recognize problems, and arrange actions in the required order.

Nice to have

• Previous manufacturing experience.
