Machine Operator - Nights (Labeling): Operating and monitoring label machines to produce high-quality products on an overnight manufacturing schedule with an accent on mechanical troubleshooting, production accuracy, and material efficiency. Focus on identifying equipment root causes, maintaining ERP material logs, meeting close quality tolerances, and supporting safe production operations.
Location: Onsite at 2627 Danieldale Rd, Dallas, Texas, USA. C Shift: Sunday–Tuesday 6:00 PM–6:00 AM and Wednesday 6:00 PM–12:00 AM.
Starting hiring rate: $20–$21 per hour. A $500 sign-on bonus is also offered.

What you will do
- Operate label machines efficiently to meet production deadlines while minimizing material waste.
- Monitor equipment, troubleshoot malfunctions, and identify root causes of performance issues.
- Maintain accurate raw-material logs in the ERP system.
- Inspect product quality and support a zero-defect production standard.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area and collaborate with the production team.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1–2 years of related manufacturing or machine operation experience.
- Strong mechanical skills and the ability to analyze equipment performance.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for the duration of a shift.
- Color vision sufficient to distinguish product variations.
- Successful completion of a post-offer background check and drug screening.
