Starting hiring rate: $20–21 per hour; $500 sign-on bonus

What you will do
- Operate label machines efficiently to meet production deadlines and minimize material waste.
- Monitor equipment, troubleshoot malfunctions, and identify root causes of technical issues.
- Maintain accurate raw-material logs in the ERP system.
- Inspect production quality and support a zero-defect standard.
- Maintain a clean, safe work area and collaborate with the production team.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1–2 years of related manufacturing or machine operation experience.
- Strong mechanical skills and the ability to analyze equipment performance.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand throughout the shift.
- Color vision sufficient to distinguish product variations.
- Ability to work the stated onsite day-shift schedule in Dallas, Texas.
