Machine Operator (Manufacturing)

Location: Delavan, Wisconsin, United States of America; onsite, with first- and second-shift schedules available.

Salary: $18.00–$20.00 per hour, with an 8% second-shift differential and potential increases after training and skills qualification.

What you will do

• Operate casting washers and Hines Impeller Balancers on cast iron, bronze, and stainless-steel parts.
• Load, unload, and transport castings and other materials to staging areas and work centers.
• Dynamically balance impellers according to production standards.
• Perform in-process quality checks and correct non-conformances.
• Generate work orders, receipts, and other required production documentation.
• Work scheduled overtime after shifts or on Saturdays as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Basic machine operation skills and the ability to operate computers and Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to operate a powered pallet jack or a forklift; forklift license is acceptable.
• Ability to follow verbal instructions, written work instructions, and quality plans with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work in a team environment and lift or lower up to 40 pounds without lift assistance.
• Ability to work onsite in Delavan, Wisconsin.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP or S/4HANA ERP systems.
