Label Machine Operator - 2nd Shift

Location: 6300 Katella Ave, Cypress, California, USA. Onsite, 2nd shift: 2:00 PM–10:30 PM, Monday–Friday.

Salary: $17.79–$23.72 per hour.

What you will do

• Set up, calibrate, and operate label machines according to job schedules and standard operating procedures.
• Handle dies carefully and maintain equipment for continuous line performance.
• Monitor production accuracy and quality, identify root causes of malfunctions, and resolve issues with supervisors.
• Record raw materials in the ERP system using FIFO methods to support inventory control and reduce waste.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation while following plant safety rules and PPE requirements.
• Assist with distribution tasks and support colleagues across shifts when needed.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in machine operation, manufacturing, or mechanical equipment setup.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to distinguish colors, read fine measurements, and perform close-range visual quality checks.
• Ability to stand for most of the shift, reach, and safely lift up to 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Successful completion of a post-offer background check and drug screening is required.
