Strategy Advancement Advisor

Location: Washington, DC, United States; hybrid office arrangement. Occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $126,700–$174,200 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Lead strategic projects and workstreams across workforce, talent, organizational effectiveness, and HR transformation.
• Diagnose complex challenges and define objectives, decision points, success measures, and business needs.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis using internal data, external research, leading practices, and stakeholder input.
• Develop enterprise strategies, roadmaps, business cases, implementation plans, and executive decision materials.
• Facilitate interviews, working sessions, and cross-functional discussions to build alignment and resolve issues.
• Establish governance, milestones, and performance measures while monitoring risks, dependencies, and value realization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 8 or more years of relevant experience in strategy, consulting, transformation, organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, workforce strategy, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience leading complex projects or strategic workstreams.
• Experience structuring ambiguous problems, conducting analysis, and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid office arrangement in Washington, DC.

• Experience or exposure to technology or AI implementations.
