Transformation Strategy Lead (Healthcare)

Location: Hybrid work in Louisville, KY or Arlington, VA, with an in-office expectation of 3 days per week. Remote work from New York may be considered; preferred locations are the DC metro area and Louisville. Relocation assistance is available.

Salary: $126,700–$174,200 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Lead one complex transformation workstream or multiple less-complex workstreams with limited oversight.
• Develop initiative-level workplans and manage outcome-based delivery for enterprise transformation programs.
• Develop strategies, solve complex business problems, and create actionable, data-based recommendations.
• Conduct industry analysis, research, informational interviews, and high-level financial or business modeling.
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders and build trusted relationships with business leaders.
• Create executive-level written and oral communications that synthesize recommendations and drive action.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree such as an MBA, MHA, or MPH with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in management consulting involving large-scale business or operational transformations, or healthcare strategy, operations, or transformation.
• Experience with hypothesis-based problem solving, quantitative analysis, research, stakeholder management, and executive communications in PowerPoint or Word.
• Ability to deliver complex or cross-functional workstreams and influence executive leaders to take action.
• Experience with program management and large-scale transformational change programs.
• Ability to work from Louisville, KY or Arlington, VA in a hybrid arrangement, with three office days per week; remote New York may be considered.

Nice to have

• Payor or provider experience in product design, quality programs, risk adjustment, population health, member or patient engagement, value-based care, or care management.
• Experience with strategy, design, or implementation sprints and change management initiatives.
• Provider partnership experience involving contracting strategy or performance management with health systems, hospitals, physicians, or specialty care providers.
• Exposure to AI technologies such as machine learning, natural language processing, and data analytics.
• Experience leading small teams or workstreams and an advanced degree.
