What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for Finance, HR, Legal, Technology, Supply Chain, Marketing, Communications, and other corporate functions.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to define talent profiles and sourcing strategies.
• Source, engage, and assess active and passive candidates across domestic and international markets.
• Manage candidate pipelines, interviews, offers, and negotiations.
• Provide market intelligence and hiring recommendations to business leaders.
• Track recruiting metrics and use data to improve hiring outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.

Requirements

• Experience leading full-cycle recruiting for corporate or shared services functions.
• Ability to partner effectively with business leaders, hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition colleagues.
• Experience sourcing and assessing talent across domestic and international markets.
• Strong candidate relationship management, offer negotiation, and stakeholder advisory skills.
• Ability to use recruiting metrics and market insights to guide hiring decisions.
