What you will do

• Advise C-suite insurance leaders on AI-driven changes to industry economics, competitive advantage, and strategic priorities.
• Lead complex strategic engagements across underwriting, pricing, claims, distribution, and reinsurance.
• Assess how GenAI, agentic AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics can reshape insurance decisions and business models.
• Develop recommendations on where insurers should invest, differentiate, partner, or transform.
• Lead case teams from problem definition and hypothesis development through analysis, recommendations, and executive decision-making.
• Collaborate with insurance, AI, data, and technology experts to connect strategic ambition with practical execution.

Requirements

• 6+ years of strategy consulting experience, including leading complex engagements and advising senior executives.
• Deep commercial insurance expertise, particularly in underwriting, claims, or related property and casualty insurance domains.
• Practical depth in GenAI, agentic AI, machine learning, and their implications for insurance.
• Strong strategic judgment and the ability to connect industry shifts to economics, competitive advantage, and business-model choices.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems, develop hypotheses, and translate analysis into clear executive recommendations.
• Ability to build credibility with C-suite leaders and influence complex decisions collaboratively.
