What you will do

• Manage individual workstreams supporting the delivery and implementation of bespoke AI solutions.
• Work with Retail and Consumer stakeholders to understand mission challenges and user needs.
• Conduct open-source analysis to support the development of AI tools.
• Translate operational requirements into clear user stories for delivery and engineering teams.
• Design and test workflows that support user-centric decision-making in high-stakes environments.
• Collaborate with technical teams and contribute to internal strategy, thought leadership, and capability development.

Requirements

• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to communicate ideas and synthesise complex information.
• Experience working on AI- or data-intensive projects in the retail and consumer sector.
• External client-facing experience and a track record of building trusted relationships.
• Experience working with technical teams.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies, iterative development, and continuous delivery.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative in ambiguous situations.
