Senior Consultant - CSEC Integrated Research (AI)

What you will do

• Lead the design and execution of primary market research and integrated research projects across therapeutic areas and business questions.
• Define methodologies, data sources, sample designs, questionnaires, discussion guides, and analytical frameworks.
• Manage project scope, quality, timelines, resources, budgets, risks, and end-to-end delivery.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across fieldwork, programming, analytics, data science, and subject-matter expertise.
• Integrate primary and secondary research, real-world evidence, and proprietary data to generate actionable business insights.
• Develop reports, presentations, workshops, and executive recommendations; present findings and support business development activities.

Requirements

• University degree in life sciences, healthcare, business, statistics, economics, psychology, or a related discipline; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Typically 4–6 years of experience in primary market research, healthcare consulting, or a related life sciences environment.
• Experience managing end-to-end market research and consulting projects, preferably in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare sectors.
• Strong project management, analytical, communication, client relationship, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; ability to work in a fast-paced international environment.

• Advanced degree in a relevant discipline.
• Experience with AI-enabled tools, advanced analytics, or emerging research methodologies.
